Seoul Robotics People Team
Our People Team is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, guided by our core values: Add Value, Earn Trust, Own Your Job, Keep Growing, and Respect Diversity.
We have experienced significant growth, with our teams expanding by 47% in the past year. We now have 70+ employees from 14 different nationalities, including 22% female colleagues. And we anticipate further growth in all our engineering teams by the end of the year.
To ensure smooth integration of all team members, we provide support through our buddy program and team lunches, promoting connections among all employees. Though our headquarters is in Seoul, our company language is English. While proficiency is not mandatory, a willingness to communicate in English is essential.
Our teams are spread across different locations, including Seoul, Atlanta, Munich, and Berlin. We have implemented a bootcamp program to foster understanding of local work environments and encourage quicker team bonding. Our leadership meets quarterly to maintain alignment and effective communication on projects and challenges.
To attract top talent, we actively participate in career fairs, conventions, and Open Days, showcasing Seoul Robotics' culture and career opportunities. We've opened our office doors four times this year so far, letting candidates experience Seoul Robotics' work environment firsthand.
We believe in transparency and regularly share team insights and career paths on LinkedIn Life and Glassdoor. In May the People Team joined the Korea Startup Podcast, sharing insights of Seoul Robotics ambition to develop a diverse, inclusive, empowering workplace. In September we open our office in Atlanta, inviting candidates to meet our US members and learn more about our job opportunities. We support work visas and relocation. Especially with relocating to Seoul we gained a lot of experience helping international members to land in Seoul, 34% of our HQ members are international.
Inclusivity is a core value, and we promote strong collaboration across all branches. Teams have the opportunity to participate in company-sponsored team events to foster connections and better know each other. As one team we are proud that one of our engineers designed our 2023 T-Shirt design.
